1. Training & Refund Policy

 

Session Blocks

  • Sessions are sold in 5-week or 10-week blocks.

  • All blocks must be used within 15 weeks of purchase.

  • Blocks are non-refundable once purchased.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be deducted from your block.

 

Missed Sessions

  • No-shows without notice are non-refundable and will be counted as a completed session.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

  • In cases of serious illness, injury, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us to discuss possible adjustments or extensions.

All bookings must be made through the appropriate channels. Payments are subject to our training block terms and cancellation policies.

  • Unity Strength & Wellness is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of this website, gym facilities, or services.

  • Training and use of the gym are undertaken entirely at your own risk.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in exercise and should seek medical clearance where necessary.
