With over six years of Personal Training experience in injury prevention, and a 16-year background in weightlifting, I’ve created a supportive, non-judgmental environment tailored to your unique needs.


My counselling certification helps me understand and support you throughout your journey. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or increasing muscle mass for longevity, I’ll help you move more efficiently, feel stronger, and restore confidence in everyday life.

At 74, I struggled with immobility due to arthritic knees, attributing it to age. Encouraged by my daughter, I worked with her trainer, Calum, despite my doubts. I discovered I had compensated for my knees, losing power and flexibility. Calum helped strengthen my muscles, improving my mobility.
