Hello, I’m Calum, a personal trainer with over five years of experience in injury management. I specialise in helping people recover from pain and injury through personalised, effective plans. My clients range from those recovering from surgery to those managing chronic pain. I work closely with osteopaths, GPs, and other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to healing.
I’ve also received referrals from retired GPs and nurses who trust my methods to help clients regain their strength and mobility. Beyond physical recovery, I’m pursuing a person-centred counselling qualification to support the emotional and psychological aspects of pain and injury.
