Privacy notice

This notice covers the Unity, Strength & Wellness website. Updated 11 October 2026.

Who we are

Unity, Strength & Wellness, run by Calum Wilson, The Yard, Waterworks Rd, Hastings TN34 1RT. Email unitythewellnesscentre@gmail.com.

What we collect

If you use Connect with us to book a call, we collect your name, email address, phone number and any note you add. We use them only to arrange and run that call, to send you a confirmation and to follow up about training. Your booking goes into the Unity, Strength & Wellness calendar and email. We do not sell your details or use them for anything unrelated.

Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical request information, such as IP address and browser details, to serve and protect the site.

Reviews and third-party services

The reviews section sends a request to the Unity, Strength & Wellness review service when it comes into view. That service fetches current public reviews from Google without passing on a visitor's personal details. We do not store review text in your browser. A monthly request counter stores the month and a number of requests, not who made them.

Loading the map and reviewer images, or following external links, may send technical request information to Google or other providers. Google Maps features are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

How long we keep your details

We keep call-booking details while you are a prospective or current client, and as long as we need to for records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

The Unity, Strength & Wellness app

This notice covers the website only, not the private Unity, Strength & Wellness coaching app or client records.
